Is your hair completely fried from the summer's heat??

Ok Loves~ as we all know, the sun may leave our skin perfectly bronzed, but it also leaves our locks limp and frizzed out!  Here's what to do to get silky, hydrated hair.  Start by taking a quarter sized amount of baking soda and mix it with your shampoo (for best results use a moisturizing one, I like Paul Mitchell's Moisturizing Shampoo). The baking soda acts as an exfoliant to get rid of buildup so the conditioner can deeply penetrate.

After cleansing, apply a deep conditioner to towel dried hair (I like Redken's All Soft Heavy Cream).  Apply a generous amount and comb through using a wide tooth comb. Next, take a clear plastic bag (like Glad twist tie gallon storage bag) and gather your hair at the top of your hair so the plastic bag can fit tightly over it like a hat.  Use your hair dryer over it for about 10 min.  If you are doing this at night and have lots of time, keep this mask on for a few hours and let it soak in.

After you take the mask off and rinse, your hair will be ready to blow dry (and no flat iron is even needed)!  I suggest using a ceramic round brush to blow dry for best results.  If your going out afterwards spritz on Redken's Vinyl Glam for an ultra shine that lasts for hours!

I hope you all loved this!
